I am a real estate agent in Contra Costa County and 1/3 of my business is focused on houses that are being sold through probate. I already work with attorneys and fiduciaries in Contra Costa County to sell homes that are in probate. In 2023, I listed and sold 8 houses that were part of a probate. I have been part of probate sales that require court approval as well and sales that don’t.
