Statement of Involvement in Estate Planning
I have over 10 years of legal experience working closely with an estate planning and probate attorney. I have drafted wills and trust, and probate case documents. My primary responsibility has been managing a probate and trust administration practice. I have also been responsible for meeting with clients and explaining their estate planning and probate documents. I am currently a California licensed professional fiduciary and National Certified Guardian. I have completed several court supervised probates with the Alameda and Contra Costa Superior Courts.
